The method was applied at 41 wells of Yamburg oilfield as well as on JSC “Chernomorneftegas”, for instance No.4 sea stationary platform No.4 of Gоlitsynsky gas condensate field.

The method of isolating the inflow of oil and gas wells is realized in two stages. 5-15 cubic meters of composite is pumped into the well, after it goes a period of well stand during which the composite material gets polymerized in the inflow zone and forms a layer with the capacity of letting the hydrocarbon molecules go through and hold the water molecules.

Meanwhile we thoroughly choose the composite for application at the wells as it is very important to achieve the maximal effect at once.

Inflow gets lessened to 35- 98% - practically liquidated.With this purpose we produce scientific and technical product the most corresponding to the characteristics of every well. At the special installation we design layer characteristics and carry out testing of composite property which gives the possibility to forecast the application effectiveness at the real wells.Concentrate of composite material is prepared in Ukraine and delivered directly to the well.

Basic stages of work:-          materials are formed into the composition which is pumped into the well in the needed volume

-          the well is left for polymerization under the surplus pressure for the term of 10-25 nights and days

-          if the pressure in the well reaches the needed working level fast, the well is put into operation

-          no ejection of polymer to the surface – environment is not polluted, the offered methods is fully ecologically clean.

 

After the invitation of the Customer and after the visit of our representatives the work of Technical council begins (with the presence of Customer: geologists, technologists, experts, logistic expert and others). After the approval of Technical council the Customer receives all the necessary permits for carrying out the work and arranged the Technology application (after Executor or Customer delivers the composite to the field).

The cost of materials considerably depends on the volume which in its turn depends on conditions and well characteristics.

We offer to the Customers to conclude a contract for fulfillment of works on inflow liquidation, shortening the time period of wells stand, usage of composite individually for each oil well.

Preliminary price for one well - $170-250 thousand and greatly depends on the well characteristics.

  • Short-term result: increasing of production at oil well within 2-6 months.
  • Long-term result: development of gas-extraction increasing matrix at all oil wells of Customer.

We perform as well such works by using know-how:

  1. We repair sea stationary platforms by using industrial alpinism. The metal and ferroconcrete surfaces (items) are treated with polymeric substance in air area and in the periodic wetting area.
  2. We repair fabricated metals (TV towers etc) with polymer AC-46. We also execute protective covering of such fabricated metals.
  3. We repair cooling stacks (power plants etc.) with composite material AC-51.

 

Service life period of the protective polymeric layer is 2-2.4 times longer than that of similar materials applied nowadays.

            Cost per unit when cost-performance appraisal of new technologies usage is the considerable factor while planning. Our technology is 3 times more effective than those of similar analogues.
